The menus rotate throughout the week and showcases a large selection of dishes in every course. The iftar begins with a light lentil soup. The pop-up restaurant in Al Quoz’s Warehouse Four is back for another year, an iftar with a difference. Ease into your iftar meal with a selection of light starters including roasted garlic hummus, grilled flat bread with burnt eggplant and spiced carrot, lentil and saffron soup. Signature main courses include slow braised lamb shoulder in Middle Eastern spices, corn-fed chicken kofta and cured sea bass served with a frekeh tabbouleh.
